Yes. Wysp is built for indoor use. The botanicals smolder inside the device, contained, so there are no sparks and no loose ash. Use it on a heat-safe surface, keep the room ventilated, and never leave a lit ember unattended. Let the device cool before you store it.

Wysp makes real smoke, just kept contained, so it can set off a sensitive smoke detector the same way incense or any open smoke cleansing in the room might. A few easy things keep it a non-issue: use it in a well-ventilated space, keep it away from directly under or beside a detector, and never disable an alarm to use it. Treat the detector as a feature doing its job, and you're good.

Wysp produces smoke, so treat it the way you would any smoke cleansing or incense around animals. Keep pets out of the immediate area during a session and until the room has aired out. Take extra care with birds, which are especially sensitive to smoke. If a pet has a respiratory condition, check with your vet first.

Each bundle is good for around 100 or more four-minute sessions, depending on the fan speed you use. Higher speeds burn through a bundle a little faster.

Wysp is weighted to resist tipping, and if it does tip, the botanicals stay contained inside the device, so there’s no spilled ember or loose ash. The heat stays contained too, so set Wysp on any heat-safe surface and it won’t scorch or leave a mark.

Every Wysp is covered for 6 months from the day it arrives. If the device fails through normal use in that time, reach out and we’ll repair or replace it. This covers the device itself, separate from the 30-day First Burn Promise, which is there if Wysp simply isn’t right for you.
